Imagine our surprise when we\u00a0learned that the history of\u00a0domestic aviation has been more than 108 years!<br \/>\nThanks to\u00a0the interesting and heartfelt story of\u00a0the aircraft factory historian Anatoly Mikhailovich Shevchenko, we\u00a0learned rare facts about the first aeroplanes in\u00a0pre-revolutionary Odesa, about the pilot Yefimov and the founder of\u00a0the Anatra plant, whose surname was given to\u00a0the most popular aircraft of\u00a0the 20th century, as\u00a0well as\u00a0about the modern achievements of\u00a0Ukrainian aircraft manufacturing.<br \/>\nThe aircraft factory is\u00a0located in\u00a0an\u00a0area of\u00a0\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200bover 23 hectares. Today, the enterprise employs about 1,500 employees. We\u00a0managed to\u00a0look \u00abbehind the scenes\u00bb of\u00a0the production process, consider its various stages\u00a0\u2014 from engine assembly to\u00a0body painting.
