The Department of Personnel Management and Labor Economics has been training high-class HR specialists for over fifty years. The range of positions that our graduates may assume is very diverse: starting of recruiter, labor economist, researcher, C&B specialist to a HR director or HR generalist. (etc.)<\/p>\n
The department carries out academic and operational training throughtful for specialists in personnel management and labor economics, comprehensively promotes the development of their leadership qualities, the ability to work within a team and team interaction. We teach recruiting, auditing, coaching, evaluation and motivation of personnel, analyzing social and labor relations, promoting the development of labor potential capability, organizing and regulating labor.<\/p>\n
