The Department of Personnel Management and Labor Economics has been training high-class HR specialists for over fifty years. The range of positions that our graduates may assume is very diverse: starting of recruiter, labor economist, researcher, C&B specialist to a HR director or HR generalist. (etc.)

The department carries out academic and operational training throughtful for specialists in personnel management and labor economics, comprehensively promotes the development of their leadership qualities, the ability to work within a team and team interaction. We teach recruiting, auditing, coaching, evaluation and motivation of personnel, analyzing social and labor relations, promoting the development of labor potential capability, organizing and regulating labor.

The department educates experts of the 051 “Economics” grade (bachelor’s degrees in the educational program “Economics and management in the HR industry”, masters in the educational program “Economics”, PhD level – educational program “Economics”).

United Kingdom, Aberystwyth Business School.

From 07.11.2022 to 11.11.2022 the Ukrainian group of ONEU, which included the graduate student of the Department of UP and EP Zhukova T.A. completed the Project Management course and received a certificate within a year.

October 2022 to October 2023, she works at Aberystwyth University as an Academic Visitor. Joint scientific research is being conducted on the topic of the dissertation research “Motivation of increasing labor productivity in the field of higher education and mechanisms for its regulation in Ukraine.”
