Tudorel Toader is a rector of the ONEU partner university – The Alexandru Ioan Cuza University. He was awarded with the Diploma of Doctor Honoris Causa for the versatile and deep cooperation between our universities in the scientific and educational sphere.
The diploma was awarded by the teacher of our university, Serhiy Kaptalan.
